周平浪(b.1988)，生于临海，现居上海，作品多关注日常现象，也因新闻工作经历长期关注公共议题。在过去十年里，穿梭于中国各地，从事独立项目创作，并为各类机构报道新闻与提供服务。
曾获亚洲卓越新闻奖、国际新闻摄影比赛银奖、玛格南基金会奖学金等奖项，《越南新娘》、《胡焕庸线》、《摩天楼》等作品曾在世界各地展出，如伦敦博物馆，纽约Photoville，上海国际摄影节，美国达尼丁美术中心等。
Zhou Pinglang is a documentary photographer and visual artist based in Shanghai, holding a BA in Philosophy from Fudan University in Shanghai and a MA in Documentary photography and Photojournalism from the London College of Communication, University of the Arts, London.
His work explores modern phenomena while also maintaining a sustained engagement with social issues, informed by his journalistic background. Over the last decade, he has travelled across China to work on independent projects and cover stories for various news media outlets.
The projects ‘Vietnamese Brides’, ‘Hu Line’, and ‘High_rise’ have been exhibited internationally at venues including: London Museum (UK) Photoville (New York, USA) Shanghai International Photography Festival (China) Dunedin Fine Art Center (Florida, USA), and he has received major awards and funding such as Magnum Foundation, the Asian Environmental Journalism Award and SOPA for Editorial Excellence, among others.
